Healthcare Operations Manager, Dialysis Clinic

You will own clinic operations and patient care quality at a DaVita outpatient dialysis center, managing a 5+ year track record of clinical and financial performance. What You'll Do8
- 1Lead and mentor a clinical team to deliver quality patient care and meet clinical goals.
- 2Manage the full clinic operation: budget adherence, expense forecasting, vendor relations, and supply orders.
- 3Drive quality improvement initiatives and clinical goal setting to improve patient health outcomes.
- 4Address employee and patient concerns with the Regional Operations Director to meet regional standards.
- 5Implement CMS quality programs and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- 6Oversee daily clinic workflow and staffing to ensure operational efficiency.
- 7Conduct performance reviews and develop team capabilities for career growth.
- 8Monitor and report on clinical and financial metrics to leadership.
Requirements7
- 11+ years of management experience in healthcare, business, or military, or equivalent renal experience.
- 2Associate degree preferred; Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred.
- 3Current CPR certification required, obtainable within 60 days of hire.
- 4Registered Nurse license required if mandated by state of employment.
- 5Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- 6Strong collaboration skills to work with clinical and financial teams daily.
- 7Ability to work onsite in Carmichael, California.
