Requirements10
- 1Associates degree preferred Bachelor's degree in healthcare operations or related field strongly preferred
- 2Minimum one year management experience in healthcare business or military equivalent at DVP discretion
- 3Current RN license required with valid CPR certification
- 4Renal experience acceptable for candidates lacking direct management background
- 5Proven ability to lead diverse teams in fast-paced clinical environments
- 6Strong communication skills with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- 7Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial oversight

Salary Insight
