What You'll Do11
- 1Lead multiple healthcare assurance engagements including GAAP audits and Yellow Book reviews
- 2Direct engagement planning staffing and budgeting with Assurance leadership
- 3Evaluate internal controls and develop risk-based audit programs
- 4Review financial statements and compliance documentation
- 5Supervise and mentor audit team members
- 6Provide consulting for accounting system implementations
- 7Monitor engagement budgets and communicate scope changes
- 8Partner with leadership on business development and client relationships
- 9Maintain current knowledge of GAAP and healthcare reporting standards
- 10Represent firm professionally while ensuring client satisfaction
- 11Drive engagement delivery and resolution
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 2Minimum 5 years public accounting experience
- 3Progressive audit and assurance responsibilities
- 4Strong knowledge of GAAP and healthcare financial reporting
- 5Experience with HUD compliance and Medicare/Medicaid Cost Reports
- 6Authorized to work in the United States
- 7Preferred: CPA designation
- 8Preferred: GAGAS/Yellow Book experience
- 9Preferred: Single Audit experience
- 10Preferred: Business development background
- 11Stable career progression
