- 5Mentor and evaluate senior auditors fostering collaborative culture supporting individual career progression
- 6Drive firm growth by leading business development initiatives writing proposals expanding client relationships representing firm in community
- 7Partner with internal tax consulting practices to deliver unified full service solutions enforce quality control policies monitor evolving regulatory accounting standards
- 8Oversee 10+ years progressive public accounting experience in audit assurance
- 9Audit HUD assisted properties Employee Benefit Plans Non Profit organizations
- 10Maintain active CPA license Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field
- 11Demonstrate deep technical command of US GAAP GAAS SSARS internal quality control frameworks proficiency with CCH ProSystem fx Engagement CaseWare
Requirements9
- 110+ years progressive public accounting experience in audit assurance
- 25+ years dedicated experience auditing HUD assisted properties Employee Benefit Plans Non Profit organizations
- 3Active CPA license
- 4Bachelor degree in Accounting or related business field
- 5Proven track record managing team workflows overseeing multiple complex engagements concurrently
- 6Deep technical command of US GAAP GAAS SSARS internal quality control frameworks
- 7Proficiency with industry standard audit software CCH ProSystem fx Engagement CaseWare
- 8Nice to have Master's degree in Accounting or MBA
- 9Background in practice development pitch presentations for prospect acquisition
