What You'll Do11
- 1Participate in population health outreach using analytics and registries to identify care gaps
- 2Conduct pre-visit chart reviews to prepare for patient encounters
- 3Implement expanded rooming protocols to address care gaps during visits
- 4Provide clinical transcription and assist with order entry under supervision
- 5Utilize motivational interviewing to coach patients toward self-management
- 6Perform registry and quality data reviews to close care gaps
- 7Collaborate with nurses to manage high-risk patients and refer complex cases
- 8Review care plans with teams to improve access and reduce ED visits
- 9Maintain sterile instrument processing and inventory standards
- 10Execute in-house testing according to established policies
- 11Carry out additional duties as assigned
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma or GED or Medical Assistant Program completion
- 2Current PA LPN license or eNLC multi-state licensure
- 32 years Medical Assistant experience
- 4CPR certification
- 5Valid criminal background clearance certificates
- 6Compliance with HIPAA and data security policies
