Requirements10
- 1Master's degree MSN from a state board approved program
- 2National Board Certification for Nurse Practitioners
- 3Practicing state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
- 4Prescriptive authority within 60 days of hire
- 5Drug Enforcement Agency Licensure within 60 days of hire
- 6Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- 7Criminal background clearance including child abuse verification
- 8FBI fingerprinting and criminal history clearance
- 9Compliance with HIPAA and company privacy policies
- 10Adherence to company code of conduct and anti-discrimination policies
