Overview
Lead design for a global AI native learning platform at scale, shaping visual direction and design systems for product, brand, and internal tools. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing leadership to deliver working, production-quality prototypes powered by AI tooling. Build and mentor a design organization while maintaining hands-on craft and high-velocity execution.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build core learning experiences used by 60M+ learners and ship AI assisted design tooling producing production ready prototypes
- 2Design and maintain cross functional design systems spanning product, marketing, and internal tools
- 3Own design learning signals by partnering with user research data science and product marketing to set design standards
- 4Execute high visibility brand and marketing design including campaigns identities motion work and launches
- 5Transition into leading the design organization hiring developing and managing designers and contractor network across product and brand
Requirements5
- 115+ years of product design experience in consumer-scale products with a strong portfolio
- 2Proven systems design ability across multiple surfaces that others can pick up and run with
- 3Fluency in setting design strategy and executing polished work at high velocity
- 4AI-first design practice with hands on use of AI tools to design prototype and ship faster
- 5Cross functional collaboration with product engineering and marketing with low ego high effectiveness
