What You'll Do11
- 1Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for NORY’s expansion into the SF Bay Area focusing on launching and scaling summer camps and subsequent programs
- 2Forge and maintain high-value partnerships with local schools and community stakeholders to secure premium camp locations
- 3Spearhead localized marketing and outreach initiatives to boost brand visibility and drive family enrollments
- 4Recruit onboard train and manage a high-performing local team of educators and site leaders
- 5Oversee daily regional operations including budget management and regulatory compliance
- 6Collaborate with NYC headquarters to leverage resources maintain brand alignment and implement best practices
- 7Drive recruitment and leadership development across multiple sites
- 8Manage operational systems and ensure consistent delivery of STEM curriculum
- 9Travel locally to engage with communities and audit camp locations
- 10Attend periodic executive strategy sessions at NYC headquarters
- 11Utilize comprehensive onboarding program to prepare for new market entry
Requirements9
- 15+ years of experience in educational program management or camp operations
- 2Proven expansion track record in educational programs or community partnerships
- 3Exceptional leadership skills for recruiting and managing multi-site teams
- 4Deep familiarity with San Francisco Bay Area school systems and family demographics
- 5Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in ambiguous markets
- 6Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- 7Ability to travel regularly within the Bay Area and to NYC for executive alignment
