
Guidewire Technical Lead Policy Center Developer
Overview
Lead development of Guidewire Policy Center at Aroha Technologies, driving configuration and integration across the insurance platform. You will architect scalable solutions using GOSU, Java, and SQL, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade implementations. What You'll Do8
- 1Design and implement Guidewire Policy Center solutions using GOSU and Java, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- 2Lead technical design sessions and code reviews, setting standards for code quality and architecture.
- 3Customize Guidewire configuration, integrating with external systems via APIs and Web Services.
- 4Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production, optimizing performance and reliability.
- 5Mentor and guide developers, fostering best practices in Guidewire development and Agile methodologies.
- 6Collaborate with business analysts to translate insurance domain requirements into technical solutions.
- 7Ensure compliance with Guidewire best practices and maintain ACE Certification standards.
- 8Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tooling, and delivery efficiency.
Requirements7
- 1Guidewire ACE Certification required.
- 25+ years of development experience, with 3+ years focused on Guidewire Policy Center.
- 3Proficiency in GOSU, Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
- 4Deep understanding of Guidewire architecture, components, and APIs.
- 5Strong knowledge of insurance domain: policies, claims, billing, and regulatory requirements.
- 6Experience with Agile development and leading technical teams.
- 7Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
