What You'll Do11
- 1Design scalable ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow to transform raw data into actionable insights

- 3Drive migration of legacy systems to modern cloud architecture
- 4Conduct root cause analysis and debug complex integration issues
- 5Scale automation frameworks across multiple enterprise applications
- 6Own deployment of Kubernetes clusters for high availability services
- 7Mentor junior analysts through code reviews and best practice workshops
- 8Analyze system performance metrics and propose optimization strategies
- 9Coordinate cross functional workshops to align technical capabilities with business needs
- 10Implement security controls following NIST standards for data protection
- 11Track project timelines and budgets to ensure on schedule delivery
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading AWS based infrastructure projects
- 3Expertise with Guidewire PolicyCenter and related insurance platforms
- 4Proficiency in React and Kubernetes for microservice architectures
- 5Deep understanding of P&C insurance domain and regulatory requirements
- 6Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake data warehousing
- 7Certification including CPC Card or BCBA
- 8Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into technical specifications
- 9Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
- 10Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI
- 11Knowledge of containerization and orchestration best practices
