What You'll Do10
- 1Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism

- 3Answer phone calls and address guest inquiries
- 4Manage reservations and coordinate travel arrangements
- 5Maintain clean front desk areas and handle guest property
- 6Promote hotel offerings and manage additional charges
- 7Assist with wake-up calls and guest communications
- 8Safeguard guest belongings and provide assistance
- 9Attend meetings and complete assigned projects
- 10Serve as Manager on duty when required
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- 3Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- 4Physical stamina to stand and walk extensively
