What You'll Do11
- 1Greet guests warmly to create a lively first impression
- 2Manage reservations and seating to optimize flow during busy periods
- 3Assist with event management for private dining and themed nights
- 4Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts with positive communication
- 5Provide personalized recommendations from the menu and wine list
- 6Maintain accurate cash handling for smooth transactions
- 7Coordinate with kitchen and server staff to enhance guest satisfaction
- 8Support restaurant operations in a dynamic upscale environment
- 9Demonstrate strong customer service skills with a proactive attitude
- 10Work in a high-energy setting similar to resort or theater environments
- 11Utilize public speaking abilities to engage guests and lead activities
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2OpenTable experience required
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified preferred
- 51 year experience in guest services
- 6Proven ability to manage conflicts effectively
- 7Familiarity with public speaking and event coordination
- 8Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments
- 9Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
- 10Strong attention to detail and operational awareness
Salary Insight
$33 - $37k per year
