Lead Staff for a male group home overseeing care of adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will manage shifts, support personal care, meal planning, housekeeping, and emergency response for residents in a 24/7 environment. Work with a compassionate team to maintain a safe, warm, and respectful home. This role emphasizes supervision, clear communication, and adherence to health and safety standards.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Lead shift activities and ensure residents receive personal care and hygiene support
  • 2Plan and prepare meals with resident participation and dietary considerations
  • 3Coordinate housekeeping tasks and ensure a clean, safe living environment
  • 4Report incidents and maintain accurate documentation on incidents and daily care
  • 5Assist with medication administration and monitoring as needed
  • 6Provide companionship and support during community outings
  • 7Respond quickly and effectively in emergencies and ensure staff follow emergency protocols
  • 8Ensure staff complete their shift duties and provide supervision and training as needed
  • 9Maintain compliance with health and safety standards and organizational policies

Requirements10

  • 1Must be Male 21 years or older
  • 2Arizona Driver`s License (active)
  • 3Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)
  • 4Ability to lift and/or move more than 50lbs
  • 5Clear & outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • 6Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
  • 7Associate’s Degree
  • 8Proven experience as a caregiver and supervisor
  • 9Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking with attention to dietary restrictions
  • 10Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
