What You'll Do6
- 1Build positive behavior supports to manage and deescalate crises
- 2Design daily routines including meals, transportation, and activities for residents
- 3Provide supervision and safe transportation to appointments and social events
- 4Maintain program logs, communication logs, and mileage documentation
- 5Assist residents with chores, house maintenance, and skill-building activities
- 6Follow agency guidelines and schedules to ensure consistency and safety
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2Minimum 1 year of experience in childcare or related training
- 325+ years of age
- 4Valid AZ driver license with 36-month clean MVR
- 5Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain
- 6CPR & 1st Aid Certification or ability to obtain
- 7Prevention & Support Certification or ability to obtain
- 8Reliable transportation to group homes in Mesa
- 9Fluent in English (reading/writing)
- 10Ability to safely restrain when necessary
