What You'll Do5
- 1Build daily living supports with residents and supervise group home activities to ensure safety and engagement
- 2Design and implement behavior management plans to reduce aggression and improve overall wellbeing
- 3Lead medication administration accuracy and documentation per policy and regulatory standards
- 4Ship transportation coordination for residents using company vans to appointments and activities
- 5Own documentation and communication with team members to track progress and adjust care plans
Requirements5
- 1Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D
- 2Must be 21+ years old
- 3Must pass Criminal Background and Fingerprint Clearance Card with assistance to obtain
- 4Valid AZ driver`s license
- 5Clean 39-month motor vehicle record
