What You'll Do5

  • 1Build daily living supports with residents and supervise group home activities to ensure safety and engagement
  • 2Design and implement behavior management plans to reduce aggression and improve overall wellbeing
  • 3Lead medication administration accuracy and documentation per policy and regulatory standards
  • 4Ship transportation coordination for residents using company vans to appointments and activities
  • 5Own documentation and communication with team members to track progress and adjust care plans

  • 1Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D
  • 2Must be 21+ years old
  • 3Must pass Criminal Background and Fingerprint Clearance Card with assistance to obtain
  • 4Valid AZ driver`s license
  • 5Clean 39-month motor vehicle record
