Overview
Charlie Health seeks exceptional candidates with a Masters degree in mental health to facilitate remote group treatment for adolescents and young adults. This role involves leading evidence-based therapeutic programs while adhering to strict scheduling and credential requirements.
What You'll Do11
- 1Complete all Onboarding requirements within two weeks of start date
- 2Meet monthly with Group Quality Supervisor or Director for check-ins
- 3Respond to email and Slack within forty-eight hours
- 4Review curriculum before group assignments and arrive ten minutes early
- 5Facilitate groups following Charlie Health best practices using current curriculum
- 6Foster supportive environments and guide clients through recovery activities
- 7Participate in Treatment Team meetings and Group Supervisions
- 8Maintain documentation within twenty-four hour timeframe
- 9Model professional ethics and confidentiality standards
- 10Be available weekdays afternoons evenings and Saturdays for client sessions
- 11Hold master's degree and addiction credentials
Requirements8
- 1Addiction credentials such as CADC-I II or MATS
- 2Master's degree in mental health counseling or related field
- 3Experience with DBT CBT EMDR MI and substance use disorder models
- 4Familiarity with medication assisted treatment and telehealth platforms
- 5Ability to work with diverse youth populations and various therapeutic modalities
- 6Strong communication skills for virtual group facilitation
- 7Reliable internet connection and proficiency with cloud-based collaboration tools
- 8Availability for evening and weekend shifts
