What You'll Do6
- 1Maintain excellent curb appeal by performing daily grounds maintenance and cleanup.
- 2Inspect the property each day to identify and address areas needing improvement.
- 3Assist with light maintenance, work orders, and unit turns as needed.
- 4Ensure all property equipment is in working condition and report issues promptly.
- 5Learn the property layout, including equipment locations, pet areas, and pool/spa.
- 6Pick up trash and debris throughout the property to keep it pristine.
Requirements4
- 11+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience.
- 2Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- 3Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.
- 4Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation.
