What You'll Do9
- 1Inspect community daily to remove litter and debris and maintain cleanliness of common areas and amenities
- 2Remove trash from vacant apartments and transfer to designated areas while cleaning storage spaces
- 3Process service requests and assist make-ready specialists during turn processes
- 4Change all locks and verify pool gate functionality according to safety codes
- 5Distribute notices and communications to residents as needed
- 6Report hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors and relevant parties
- 7Demonstrate respectful customer service and address resident concerns appropriately
- 8Follow safety protocols by attending meetings and completing OSHA training
- 9Maintain vehicle for duties and perform flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
Requirements5
- 1Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation
- 2Physical stamina to stand walk sit bend stoop climb ladders reach carry and crawl in confined spaces
- 3Ability to work in all weather conditions and handle weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- 4Regular travel to assist other properties as required
- 5Flexible schedule with call-out availability
