What You'll Do8
- 1Inspect community daily removing litter debris and pet droppings to maintain neat common areas
- 2Remove trash from vacant apartments before make-ready process and clean storage areas
- 3Complete service requests and assist make-ready specialists during turn processes
- 4Change all locks and verify pool gate functionality according to safety codes
- 5Distribute notices and communications to residents as needed
- 6Inform supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations affecting residents staff or guests
- 7Demonstrate respectful customer service handling resident inquiries and complaints
- 8Follow safety protocols attending meetings and completing OSHA training
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in property maintenance
- 3Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
- 4Physical stamina to stand walk sit bend stoop climb ladders reach carry crawl
- 5Flexible schedule ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
Salary Insight
