What You'll Do7
- 1Inspect community daily to remove litter and maintain cleanliness
- 2Remove trash from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- 3Complete service requests and assist with turn processes
- 4Change locks and verify pool gate functionality
- 5Distribute notices and address hazards promptly
- 6Demonstrate respect and handle resident complaints
- 7Follow safety protocols and attend training sessions
Requirements5
- 1Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation
- 2Ability to stand walk and sit for extended periods
- 3Physical stamina to lift 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- 4Flexibility for evening weekend and holiday call schedules
- 5Experience with ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow
