What You'll Do5
- 1Remove litter debris and pet droppings from common areas and amenities
- 2Transfer trash to designated dumpsters and clean storage areas
- 3Change locks according to property policy and verify pool gate functionality
- 4Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed
- 5Report hazards and safety concerns to supervisors promptly
Requirements5
- 15+ years building maintenance experience
- 2Proficiency with Spark and Airflow for ETL pipeline management
- 3Knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure
- 4Familiarity with Kubernetes orchestration
- 5Experience with React frontend components
