Grounds Cleanup Supervisor Weekend Only
Overview
Leader overseeing grounds cleanup crew of 12-15 employees on weekends year-round. Must demonstrate leadership by example and complete tasks independently. This role differs from typical positions due to its focus on crew management and operational oversight.
What You'll Do10
- 1Assign employees their lunch break and designate cleaning streets daily
- 2Communicate using walkie-talkies with departments and OPS Manager
- 3Operate golf cart safely and assist customers as needed
- 4Collect cardboard and trash from bins to compacters
- 5Maintain clean dumpster areas behind indoor restaurants
- 6Squeegee collected water and remove outdoor spills
- 7Monitor employee street status for issues like overflowing bins
- 8Provide guidance and support to crew members
- 9Assist tractor operators and manage flagpole operations
- 10Ensure compliance with safety protocols during high-traffic periods
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing teams in similar environments
- 3Valid driver license required for onsite work
- 4Weekend availability mandatory without taking vacation
- 5Physical stamina to stand for extended periods outdoors
- 6Strong communication skills for coordinating with multiple departments
- 7Experience with waste management systems relevant to commercial properties
- 8Ability to make quick decisions under pressure during peak hours
