Ground Instructor - JAL MPL Program
Overview
CAE seeks a Ground Instructor to support JAL Multi-Crew Pilot Licensing Program. What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver in-person and remote ground instruction per CAE standards and regulatory requirements
- 2Facilitate learning activities supporting JAL cadet course objectives and milestones
- 3Promote professional conduct and safety culture during instructional activities
- 4Monitor cadet progress and address performance concerns promptly
- 5Maintain accurate training records and documentation
- 6Reinforce Safety Management System principles throughout training
- 7Ensure classroom readiness and report facility-related issues
- 8Participate in standardization meetings and instructor development
- 9Collaborate with team members on instructional quality improvements
- 10Support continuous improvement initiatives in teaching and safety
- 11Track and resolve training delays or gaps
Requirements13
- 1Current FAA Certified Flight Instructor certification or AGI and IGI ratings
- 2Clean aviation record with no convictions
- 3Ability to communicate professionally in training settings
- 4Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- 6Fluent English communication skills
- 7Legal authorization to work in the United States
- 8Experience instructing international students including ESL learners
- 9Multi-crew aviation experience in Part 135 Part 121 military or similar
- 10Prior aviation training or curriculum delivery experience
- 11Physical ability to ascend ladders and move in varied work environments
- 12Strength to lift up to 25 pounds
- 13Experience with repetitive hand and finger movements
