What You'll Do11
- 1Inspect parts for defects and set aside for lead and supervisor review
- 2Perform grinding polishing and cleaning per customer specs
- 3Use orbital sanders die grinders and 4 1/2 inch grinder
- 4Follow safety protocols and maintain clean workspace
- 5Dispose of metallic scrap responsibly
- 6Verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments
- 7Follow ISO 9001 procedures for quality assurance
- 8Lift materials up to 50lbs with ease
- 9Handle multiple priorities with positive attitude
- 10Work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- 11Manage export controlled ITAR information appropriately
Requirements10
- 1High School diploma or GED plus 2 years grinding equipment experience
- 2Ability to read technical drawings and finish specifications
- 3Proficiency with heavy material handling techniques
- 4Experience with deburring processes
- 5Strong precision measurement skills
- 6Physical dexterity and lifting capability
- 7Commitment to continuous improvement
- 8Comfort with collaborative teamwork
- 9Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems
- 10Willingness to work in regulated environments
