Collaborates across procurement, accounting, personnel, payroll, and project management to ensure fiscal integrity. Travels domestically as needed to support funding and reporting efforts. This role blends finance, data analysis, and program accountability to improve outcomes in early childhood education.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Build and oversee ECE grant administration and budgets across programs to ensure compliant funding usage
  • 2Design and review fiscal components of projects including ISAs and IGAs for state and federal funding
  • 3Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial and program reports to funding agencies and stakeholders
  • 4Monitor LEA and ADE budgets for USFR compliance and fiscal effectiveness
  • 5Provide fiscal and data assistance and professional development to early childhood education programs

Requirements5

  • 1Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience
  • 22+ years supporting finance or accounting operations in educational or business settings
  • 3Experience with Excel and spreadsheets and ability to handle large grant sums
  • 4Strong communication and problem solving skills with data driven decision making
  • 5Ability to work with external sub-grantees and cross department teams
