What You'll Do7
- 1Build and manage grant budgets across programs to ensure alignment with Uniform Guidance
- 2Design and deliver monthly budget updates to internal teams and external sub-grantees
- 3Own procurement tasks including creating POs and processing invoices
- 4Ship accurate financial reports and dashboards showing grant spending and variances
- 5Drive compliance with state and federal grant regulations and internal policies
- 6Lead ad hoc financial analyses to support program decisions
- 7Collaborate with program staff to forecast expenditures and optimize resource allocation
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, or 2+ years of relevant financial or budget work
- 2Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills essential for analysis and reporting
- 3Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
- 4Currently living in the Phoenix metro area and onsite work requirement
- 5W2 employment only, 6-month contract with potential extension
- 6Availability for a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:00-5:00
- 7Must pass HireRight background check and drug screening
- 8Prior experience with grant management or education finance is a plus
