What You'll Do7

  • 1Build and manage grant budgets across programs to ensure alignment with Uniform Guidance
  • 2Design and deliver monthly budget updates to internal teams and external sub-grantees
  • 3Own procurement tasks including creating POs and processing invoices
  • 4Ship accurate financial reports and dashboards showing grant spending and variances
  • 5Drive compliance with state and federal grant regulations and internal policies
  • 6Lead ad hoc financial analyses to support program decisions
  • 7Collaborate with program staff to forecast expenditures and optimize resource allocation

Requirements8

  • 1Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, or 2+ years of relevant financial or budget work
  • 2Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills essential for analysis and reporting
  • 3Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
  • 4Currently living in the Phoenix metro area and onsite work requirement
  • 5W2 employment only, 6-month contract with potential extension
  • 6Availability for a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:00-5:00
  • 7Must pass HireRight background check and drug screening
  • 8Prior experience with grant management or education finance is a plus
