What You'll Do11

- 4Monitor student understanding and provide targeted instructional support
- 5Encourage student engagement and maintain focus during instruction
- 6Assist with classroom preparation and organization of instructional materials
- 7Check record and organize student work as directed by the teacher
- 8Help students review assignments and correct errors
- 9Support assessment administration and reteaching activities
- 10Maintain accurate records of student work and classroom behavior
- 11Participate in school supervision duties and faculty meetings
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
