What You'll Do6
- 1Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans integrating literacy education math activities and curriculum development tailored for 4-year-olds

- 3Engage children in age-appropriate activities promoting social skills emotional regulation and independence
- 4Help organize classrooms setting up learning stations and preparing materials aligned with Montessori philosophies
- 5Monitor children progress communicating observations to teachers to inform individualized learning strategies
- 6Maintain a safe clean and welcoming classroom adhering to childcare regulations and best practices
Requirements7
- 1Prior experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare private school or similar settings
- 2Knowledge of childhood development principles behavior management techniques and early literacy and math education methods
- 3Familiarity with special education strategies and working with children with disabilities or autism
- 4Strong communication skills collaborating with teachers parents and children
- 5Ability to follow lesson plans while adapting activities to meet individual needs
- 6Experience with classroom management tools and curriculum development is desirable
- 7Certification or coursework in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory
Salary Insight
$29 - $37k per year
