Overview
Own golf shop operations and member experiences at a premier PGA TOUR property. Manage start times, run point of sale, and assist players, members, and guests with their golf experiences. Work as part of a small team in a high-visibility, customer-focused role.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build guest experiences by greeting members and guests professionally and ensuring smooth operations
- 2Design and execute golf shop tasks including opening closing securing the shop and inventory control
- 3Lead point of sale transactions verify tax compliance and manage green and cart fees
- 4Drive merchandise knowledge and sales techniques to meet member needs and promote club products
- 5Scale shop operations through inventory management and staff coordination during events and clinics
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Administration Business Management Marketing or related field or equivalent
- 2Thorough knowledge of general business administration practices and professional golf operations practices and procedures
- 3Two to four years of similar professional golf experience
- 4Registered PGA apprentice or current PGA Member in good standing
- 5Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required
