Global S&OP Process Leader at W. L. Gore & Associates
Overview
We seek a Global SIOP Process Excellence Leader to establish and govern world‑class planning processes across Gore Fabrics. This role leads the SIOP operating model, partners with the Data CoE to enable SAP S/4HANA and Anaplan, and serves as deputy to the Global SIOP Leader. Located in Elkton Maryland with hybrid flexibility, the leader drives strategic initiatives and capability development.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead SIOP business process operations and serve as strategic advisor to the Global SIOP Leader
- 2Own the Gore Fabrics SIOP process design governance and operating standards
- 3Design deploy and continuously improve standardized planning processes across demand planning supply inventory capacity planning and SIOP governance
- 4Drive the transformation roadmap and planning maturity journey
- 5Partner with Data CoE and Digital to define requirements for SAP S/4HANA Anaplan and future planning technologies
- 6Ensure planning processes are enabled through ERP and planning systems
- 7Develop global planning standards training onboarding and capability development programs
- 8Support executive decision making through governance process discipline and organizational alignment
Requirements12
- 1Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Engineering Business Operations Management Information Systems or related field
- 2Minimum 10 years experience in SIOP Integrated Business Planning Supply Chain Planning Business Transformation or Process Excellence
- 3Proven experience designing and deploying global planning processes within complex manufacturing organizations
- 4Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional transformation initiatives in global matrix organizations
- 5Hands‑on experience with Anaplan or comparable advanced planning platforms
- 6Deep knowledge of Demand Planning Supply Planning Inventory Planning Capacity Planning and Executive SIOP processes
- 7Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA planning processes and ERP‑enabled supply chain operations
- 8Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment without formal authority
- 9Master's degree preferred
- 10Experience leading Business / SC or Integrated Business Planning transformations
- 11Experience implementing SAP planning capabilities and supporting digital supply chain transformations
- 12Experience building global process organizations and CoEs
Salary Insight
$180 - $210k per year
