Overview
Lead demand planning activities for product families overseeing integrated business planning processes and driving cross-functional collaboration. Own forecasting team development partner with category finance model partners modelling team innovation equity supply planning manage coaching and develop team deliver continuous capability building.
What You'll Do11
- 1Manage forecasting team developing unbiased 24-month forecast with documented assumptions
- 2Partner with category finance linking IBP forecast to financial forecasts
- 3Collaborate with modelling team generating statistical forecasts
- 4Work with commercial leadership quantifying risks and opportunities for planning
- 5Validate innovation sizing with innovation and equity teams
- 6Coordinate with supply planning ensuring demand plan confidence and appropriate stakeholder involvement
- 7Drive continuous capability building in demand planning team
- 8Define global strategy governance and operating model for IBP
- 9Establish planning processes data standards segmentation and decision-making frameworks
- 10Lead adoption of advanced planning platforms following go-live
- 11Partner with supply chain IT data analytics finance regional planning teams
