What You'll Do10
- 1Own all shift operations: cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations
- 2Set the example by following all policies and procedures and holding crew to the same standard
- 3Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance of the store team
- 4Handle food management, including ordering, stocking, and quality
- 5Drive store profitability through cost control and sales growth
- 6Maintain perfect image and standards, including cleanliness and uniform compliance
- 7Deliver great customer service and resolve issues
- 8Complete paperwork and work to a schedule
- 9Ensure store marketing and promotional materials are used
- 10Attend work punctually and provide transportation
Requirements10
- 11+ years in restaurant management or leadership, with judgment, math, and multitasking ability
- 2Ability to operate all store equipment and stock ingredients
- 3Proficiency in inventory and cash handling, including making correct change
- 4Strong verbal and written communication skills for orders and staff direction
- 5Accuracy and speed in data entry using POS and computer systems
- 6Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and carry 30-pound items, standing and walking for long shifts
- 7Flexibility to work in varied temperatures and environments, including walk-in coolers and ovens
- 8Valid driver's license and safe driving record for delivery duties
- 9Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within delivery area
- 10Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
