- 4Collaborate with Director of Sales on daily HHBR meetings and prospecting activities
- 5Manage room inspections and invoice processing with engineering teams
- 6Forecast monthly financial positions and analyze data for accurate reforecasts
- 7Conduct management interviews following Highgate SOPs and perform performance appraisals
- 8Motivate and coach staff adhering to company policies and standards
- 9Meet clients and tourists on property offering assistance
- 10Maintain safe procedures and conduct monthly safe audits
- 11Lead credit meetings and enforce collection policies
Requirements9
- 16+ years progressive hotel management experience
- 2Familiarity with Highgate Hotel SOPs and Garden Standard of the Week training
- 3Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- 4Strong communication skills verbal and written
- 5Experience with POS systems and A/P processes
- 6Proven leadership in developing and training managers
- 7Knowledge of hospitality software and revenue management tools
- 8Commitment to guest service excellence and operational efficiency
- 9Ability to handle confidential information and resolve complex issues
