What You'll Do11
- 1Assign duties to staff and monitor performance to uphold hotel policies and operating procedures
- 2Provide brand-specific training and safety instruction to all team members
- 3Select or assist in hiring hotel staff and complete all necessary new hire documentation
- 4Review employee performance and execute disciplinary actions or terminations when needed
- 5Maintain critical financial records including cash flow sheets and direct bill accounts
- 6Conduct staff meetings and adhere to franchise regulations and standard operating procedures
- 7Resolve guest complaints and address employee concerns promptly
- 8Cover shifts across all departments according to General Manager schedules
- 9Coordinate with group and travel agents to handle special room rate requests
- 10Support sales and marketing initiatives as directed by leadership
- 11Participate in annual wage scale surveys to ensure compliance with compensation guidelines
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing hotel operations
- 3Valid Driver’s License required
- 4Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- 5Six months to one-year relevant experience or training
- 6Knowledgeable in Inventories Scheduling and Ordering processes
