- 6Coordinate with cross functional teams to align operational goals
- 7Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies

Requirements10
- 15+ years of technical experience in engineering or hospitality facilities management
- 2Strong project management skills and proven ability to lead teams
- 3Certified Engineering Operations Executive designation or equivalent professional credential
- 4Experience with AWS Certified professionals
- 5Background in mechanical electrical or civil engineering disciplines
- 6Familiarity with Building Owners Management Institution BOMI designation or Facility Management Administrator certification
- 7Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- 8Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- 9Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- 10Demonstrated track record of achieving measurable results in fast paced environments
