What You'll Do9
- 1Lead and develop Team Members through structured training and real-time guidance to maintain dining room standards and foster professional growth
- 2Collaborate with the Hospitality Leader to shape dining services strategy including recruitment hiring and onboarding to build high-performing teams
- 3Drive operational excellence by enforcing quality and safety standards ensuring regulatory compliance and providing constructive feedback
- 4Act as a resource for guests and staff to create seamless experiences
- 5Support financial goals by analyzing labor and sales performance to boost revenue
- 6Create strategic schedules optimizing business operations while enhancing client experience
- 7Assume full leadership duties during the Hospitality Leader's absence maintaining operational continuity
- 8Utilize expertise in Microsoft Excel inventory management systems and point-of-sale platforms
- 9Work autonomously making strategic decisions while collaborating across leadership levels
Requirements8
- 13+ years Hospitality Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants or equivalent roles
- 2Proven financial management skills including labor and food cost control inventory oversight and strategic resource planning
- 3Expertise with Microsoft Excel inventory systems and POS platforms such as Micros
- 4Ability to work weekends holidays and variable shifts
- 5Physical stamina to move lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk extensively
- 6Legal right to work in the United States
