Overview
Lead the park's daily operations, guest experience, and financial performance at Sky Zone Brea. 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume environment is required. What You'll Do10
- 1Own daily park operations, acting as a hands-on role model and executing any position as needed.
- 2Develop assistant managers and team leads into strong leaders, overseeing their training and performance.
- 3Create a positive culture by recognizing achievements and motivating the team to meet goals.
- 4Manage all employment phases: hiring, training, performance monitoring, and discipline.
- 5Drive revenue growth through memberships, birthday parties, and special events, using P&L reports to guide decisions.
- 6Collaborate with marketing to plan promotions and train staff on revenue contribution.
- 7Ensure safety compliance by monitoring attractions daily, completing maintenance reports, and adjusting staffing levels.
- 8Resolve guest issues promptly and maintain high guest satisfaction scores, targeting NPS above 60.
- 9Negotiate vendor terms and manage inventory to control expenses within budget.
- 10Build relationships with the local Brea community to position the park as a positive staple.
Requirements8
- 121 years or older with a high school diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 23+ years of management experience in high customer volume industries like entertainment, fitness, retail, or restaurant.
- 32+ years of sales experience, with membership sales preferred.
- 4Proven ability to read P&L reports and manage revenue goals.
- 5Track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs.
- 6Basic proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and POS systems.
- 7Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 8Ability to lift 20 pounds and remain mobile for long periods.
Salary Insight
