What You'll Do11
- 1Make daily decisions regarding time management and staff scheduling while maintaining cleanliness and service standards
- 2Drive sales growth by recruiting and training staff to meet company and guest expectations
- 3Coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a safe environment
- 4Implement cost control measures and oversee inventory for merchandise and food operations
- 5Oversee kitchen operations including dough preparation and menu item preparation
- 6Manage cash flow and merchandising profitability through strategic execution
- 7Lead birthday party planning in the showroom to increase bookings and guest satisfaction
- 8Partner with technical manager to maintain games and equipment with minimal downtime
- 9Analyze game data and ticket payouts to optimize performance
- 10Ensure quality assurance of salad bar and prep procedures
- 11Execute marketing initiatives within the showroom to boost revenue
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 1 year management experience preferred or 6 months as opening coordinator
- 2High school diploma or GED required
- 3Age 21 or older with RVP approval for restricted duties
- 4Ability to lift 0-50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout shifts
- 5Strong communication and composure skills
- 6Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- 7Commitment to ethical behavior and professional integrity
- 8Experience with time and priority management
- 9Flexibility to work 40 hours weekly in varying environments
- 10Understanding of workplace safety protocols
