What You'll Do9
- 1Make daily decisions ensuring product quality and store cleanliness standards are met
- 2Understand and execute cost control procedures financial accounting inventory levels and labor management
- 3Monitor shift profitability
- 4Know and apply proper cash handling and safe procedures
- 5Set up shift boards and schedule personnel
- 6Receive deliveries and follow security protocols
- 7Ensure birthday parties are set up and assign staff appropriately
- 8Supervise cast members
- 9Drive operational excellence through proactive problem solving
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or GED or currently pursuing
- 2Minimum six months supervisory experience preferably in food service
- 3Ability to lift 0-50 pounds
- 4Stand, bend kneel reach push pull walk and squat during shifts
- 5Available weekdays mornings to mid-afternoon and flexible weekend coverage
