- 4Understand cost control procedures inventory financials and labor management
- 5Take ownership of an Area of Impact rotating through kitchen pizza prep and sales
- 6Oversee pizza dough preparation cashier salad bar and gift shop operations
- 7Manage merchandise inventory ordering execution and profitability
- 8Ensure quality assurance of salad bar and prep procedures
- 9Lead birthday party execution and maximize showroom bookings
- 10Partner with technical manager to maintain games and equipment
- 11Analyze game play data while keeping areas clean and guest ready
Requirements7
- 1Minimum one year experience managing people in food service
- 2High school diploma or GED
- 3Age 21 or older with RVP approval for restricted duties
- 4One year management experience or six months as opening coordinator
- 5Ability to lift 0-50 pounds stand bend kneel reach push pull walk squat
- 6Exposure to wet humid extreme heat cold conditions
