What You'll Do7

- 2Lead migration of legacy network setups to GCP, ensuring zero downtime and minimal disruption.
- 3Build self-service onboarding frameworks that let teams deploy isolated GCP projects with built-in compliance.
- 4Scale GCP infrastructure to handle multi-region traffic growth, implementing Cloud VPN and Interconnect.
- 5Drive incident response for network failures, reducing mean time to recovery by implementing automated alerts.
- 6Set IaC standards and review code from team members, enforcing best practices for Terraform.
- 7Own network cost optimization, using GCP billing reports to cut spend by identifying unused resources.
Requirements6
- 15+ years managing GCP networks including VPCs, Cloud Load Balancing, and Cloud CDN.
- 25+ years writing Terraform code for cloud infrastructure, with modules in production.
- 3Deep knowledge of GCP networking services: VPC, Cloud DNS, Firewall Rules, and Cloud NAT.
- 4Experience implementing Terraform state management and remote backends.
- 5Hands-on with GCP IAM and organization policies for security and compliance.
- 6Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
