Requirements8
- 1J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
- 2Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3Minimum of 2 years of experience in the funds practice area at a corporate law firm
- 4Knowledge of standard M&A agreements including LPA, subscription agreements, and side letters
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
- 6Strong analytical skills and ability to translate legal expertise into feedback for AI systems
- 7Demonstrated interest in blending law with technology and innovation
- 8Experience collaborating with cross functional teams in fast moving settings
