Requirements8
- 1J.D. from an ABA accredited school
- 2Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

- 4Experience with typical fund documents such as LPAs subscription agreements and side letters
- 5Strong written and verbal communication with keen eye for detail
- 6Analytical mindset with ability to translate legal insights into actionable AI feedback
