Front Desk Receptionist, Patient Concierge
Overview
As the Front Desk Receptionist at AirSculpt, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, managing the clinic's front desk and scheduling across our New York location. You'll own the patient experience from check-in to follow-up, working with a team of medical professionals and office staff. This role demands a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to handle a high volume of calls while juggling multiple tasks. 1+ years of front desk experience and G-Suite proficiency are required.
What You'll Do6
- 1Welcome patients to the practice and answer phones promptly, directing calls as needed.
- 2Manage the clinic schedule and patient appointments, ensuring check-in follows company policy.
- 3Create, maintain, and file medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- 4Keep the practice and working areas clean and stocked, informing management when supplies run low.
- 5Support the Practice Manager with daily operations, including assisting with patient flow and vendor interactions.
- 6Prioritize incoming calls and messages while attending to patients in a busy environment.
Requirements9
- 11+ year of front desk or administrative support experience interfacing with customers or patients.
- 2Experience with scheduling tools such as My Aesthetics Pro.
- 3Experience with patient charts and managing a complex filing system.
- 4Proven ability to handle a high volume of calls, directing messages and prioritizing tasks.
- 5Strong computer skills with proficiency in G-Suite for Email, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs.
- 6Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- 7Impeccable organizational skills and ability to self-motivate while working in a team.
- 8Open availability including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- 9Bilingual preferred, English/Spanish.
