Front Desk Associate, Medical Spa & IV Therapy
Overview
You are the face of THE DRIPBaR in Aberdeen, setting the tone for every client visit. You own the front desk experience from greeting to check-in, managing schedules and bookings with Mindbody or similar software. You recommend IV therapy and IM injections wellness plans, pitch memberships, and drive client follow-up. You work closely with nursing staff, ensuring seamless operations in a client-focused environment. This role offers discounted access to all DRIPBaR services and a flexible schedule across two locations. 2+ years of front desk or customer service experience is preferred, plus the ability to travel between Aberdeen and Brielle.
What You'll Do8
- 1Greet and check-in clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming first impression.
- 2Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage booking software to optimize daily flow.
- 3Recommend IV therapy and IM injection wellness plans, pitch memberships, and share promotions to boost retention.
- 4Confirm appointments via calls and follow up with every client post-service to ensure satisfaction.
- 5Process payments, manage memberships, and track promotions accurately.
- 6Handle incoming emails and packages, directing them to the right staff.
- 7Assist nursing staff with client prep and room turnover as needed.
- 8Travel to Aberdeen and Brielle sites as required, maintaining consistent service standards.
Requirements7
- 11+ years of front desk or customer service experience, ideally in a medical or spa setting.
- 2Proficiency with scheduling and booking software, such as Mindbody or similar.
- 3Strong written and verbal communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
- 4Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- 5High school diploma or equivalent; certification in medical administration is a plus.
- 6Flexibility to work weekends, some holidays, and varied shifts based on business needs.
- 7Willingness to travel between Aberdeen and Brielle sites as needed.
