Founding Growth & Strategy Lead, Healthcare AI Startup
Overview
You will own partnerships, developer community, recruiting, and market research at Optexity, a product-driven research lab building clinical reasoning and computer use models. Working directly with founders, you will structure ambiguous business problems and drive them to outcomes, from building relationships with private equity firms to shaping developer-adoption strategy. This role offers true zero-to-one scope in a fast-moving founding team backed by world-class investors. You will have daily exposure to board and investor conversations, with competitive salary and meaningful equity.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build relationships with private equity firms active in healthcare, especially those owning multi-location clinics or hospital groups, as a channel into the market.
- 2Develop long-term relationships with hospitals and clinics, understanding their workflows and pain points before and during deployment.
- 3Build a developer-adoption strategy by engaging directly with developers building in health AI, learning their needs, and turning that into adoption.
- 4Source, screen, and run early conversations with candidates for open roles.
- 5Run market research to find new avenues for growth and partnership.
- 6Represent Optexity at industry events, conferences, and developer communities, converting conversations into pipeline.
- 7Own ambiguous, cross-functional projects that need speed, judgment, and persistence, tackling whatever matters most that week.
