Overview

This role blends software engineering with field work, requiring active Secret clearance. You'll ship mission-critical software for U.S. Navy sonobuoy systems, driving impact from day one.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Design and implement AWS cloud architecture with Pulumi as code.
  • 2Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines for continuous deployment.
  • 3Deploy AWS services and applications in air-gapped environments.
  • 4Monitor services with OpenTelemetry, Sentry, and SigNoz.
  • 5Enforce CMMC compliance policies and manage secrets and configuration.
  • 6Support RHEL/Linux platforms using Kubernetes, Podman, Docker, and Helm.
  • 7Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and partner with customer teams for integration and testing.
  • 8Travel to customer sites for deployments and mission execution.

Requirements10

  • 1Expert in Infrastructure as Code with Pulumi or Terraform.
  • 2Expert in Docker and Kubernetes.
  • 3Experience with RHEL, Linux system administration, and Podman.
  • 4Experience deploying containerized environments with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Podman.
  • 5Expert in CI/CD and DevSecOps, including GitLab CI/CD and GitHub Actions.
  • 6Proficiency in AWS or other cloud services.
  • 7Experience with Bash, Python, Go, or TypeScript scripting and automation.
  • 8Proficiency with networking.
  • 9Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like CMMC, PCI, or SOC.
  • 10Active Secret clearance required.
