Food Service Specialist, Restaurant & Guest Experience
Overview
Own guest interaction and service at scale in a fast paced Las Vegas setting. You will greet guests, guide dining experiences, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service. You will build knowledge of menu items, wine lists, and dietary options to inform guests and upsell beverages. You will work with the Maître D and cashier to complete checks and ensure high service standards across shifts.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build guest relationships through attentive service and accurate order communication
- 2Design and serve drinks per guest instructions and ensure correct portioning
- 3Deliver timely checks and process payments with accuracy
- 4Check orders for accuracy and portion control before serving
- 5Drive table turnover by clearing, cleaning, and bussing between guest sets
- 6Inform guests of order times and kitchen status, escalating delays as needed
- 7Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure recipes are followed
- 8Support staff by completing side work and attending training sessions
Requirements9
- 1high school diploma or equivalent
- 2ability to manage multiple tasks in a high paced environment
- 3excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

- 5ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying

- 8previous experience in a similar setting is preferred
