Cashier Host, Food Service POS & Guest Experience
Overview
Own guest seating and cash handling in a fast paced Las Vegas venue serving guests and teams. Manage the POS system, handle monetary transactions, seating, and guest requests with courteous service at scale. Coordinate with Food Servers to optimize service flow and maintain accurate cash reconciliations. Contribute to table cleanliness, menu inspection, and inventory of host station supplies. Stand out by maintaining composure under pressure and ensuring guest satisfaction in a busy environment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build guest experience through accurate seating and prompt service using POS system and cash handling
- 2Seat guests and coordinate with servers to optimize service flow across high volume periods
- 3Manage cash drawer and reconcile transactions at shift end with attention to accuracy
- 4Assist with bussing tables and beverage service to maintain seamless operations
- 5Inspect menus and note price changes to communicate updates to management
- 6Maintain inventory of host station supplies and ensure proper appearance and readiness
- 7Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when needed
- 8Monitor guest needs and respond quickly to requests while maintaining service standards
Requirements10
- 1High School diploma or equivalent
- 2Ability to operate a POS system and handle monetary transactions
- 3Strong math skills and basic accounting for cash reconciliation
- 4Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- 5Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move items as needed
- 6Able to work weekends and holidays and communicate in English
- 7Prior cash handling or similar experience preferred
- 8Professional appearance and demeanor in a fast paced environment
- 9Access to all areas of the facility and ability to operate in high paced setting
- 10Strong multitasking and stress management capabilities
