Host Cashier
Overview
Coordinate restaurant dining area and communicate needs with servers, bussers, and cooks to provide quality service. Work weekends and holidays. Respond to guest questions with urgency.
What You'll Do15
- 1Greet guests within one minute of arrival
- 2Show guests to tables and provide menus
- 3Set up tables with silverware water and coffee
- 4Answer customer questions and manage waiting lines
- 5Take telephone orders and use suggestive selling
- 6Ring in TOGO checks and package them properly
- 7Clean windows boosters high chairs and stock TOGO items
- 8Assist other Host/Cashiers when needed
- 9Handle front register tasks like taking cash and making change
- 10Validate and sort guest checks according to procedure
- 11Keep work area clean and organized
- 12Blow up balloons with pump in applicable locations
- 13Check restrooms hourly for cleanliness and supplies
- 14Follow safety precautions to prevent injury or illness
- 15Perform cleaning duties and side work as assigned
Requirements6
- 1Minimum two years of high school education
- 2Up to one year related experience or training
- 3Equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4Ability to read write and speak English
- 5Concrete experience with Python AWS React Kubernetes
- 6Experience with Spark Airflow
